Thane Central Jail holds Diwali exhibition of inmates' crafts

Thane Central Jail inaugurated its annual Diwali exhibition featuring handicrafts, festive decorations, and food items made by inmates. Inaugurated by District Collector Dr Shrikrishna Panchal, the event showcases lanterns, diyas, jute bags, chakli, and nankhatai. A QR scanner lets visitors learn about each product. Last year, the exhibition earned ₹3 lakh in three days.
