A Supreme Court-appointed Empowered Committee initiated a series of measures to fast-track the revival of the long-stalled Supernova Project in Noida. Homebuyer verification exercises, EY-appointed forensic audits, and structural audits of key assets are among the measures planned. The Supernova Project, which includes Spira Tower, was proposed in late 2011 and its construction began in 2012.
