Five Italian divers died earlier this month while scuba diving in Maldives to explore underwater caves 50 metres deep. Fresh findings from recovery teams reportedly suggested that the divers may have taken a wrong turn inside the complex cave network, triggering panic and ultimately causing them to run out of oxygen.
