NVIDIA employees buying ₹18-crore flats in Hyderabad amid AI gold rush, claims realtor

Multiple NVIDIA employees have booked apartments in Trump Towers Hyderabad amid the "AI gold rush", Moneycontrol reported, citing a realtor. He said that Micron employees could also be among the buyers. The apartments reportedly range from around ₹6.2 crore to ₹18 crore. Shares of both companies have surged amid AI-fuelled demand for chips.
