Income Tax portal now lets taxpayers report corruption and harassment by officials

Income Tax e-Filing Portal introduced a facility allowing taxpayers to report corruption, misbehaviour, harassment and sexual harassment involving departmental officials. Complainants can provide concerned officer's name and designation along with incident details. Both registered and non-registered users can raise grievances, while complaints can be tracked online using an acknowledgement number.
