Zomato user asks platform's AI to let him speak to a human as it's 'emergency', it refuses

An X user shared a chat he had with Zomato's customer service team, questioning if the food delivery platform has given all customer service roles to AI. "How many people have become unemployed because of this?" he said. The chatbot refused to connect him to a human agent, despite him using a fake medical emergency to convince it.
