Entrepreneur Manav Sardana struck India's costliest single-unit apartment deal as he bought a penthouse in Gurugram's The Dahlias for ₹271 crore. The penthouse is located inside the 17-acre project that holds 420 residences across eight towers. The penthouse features double-height living areas, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a modular kitchen, imported marble flooring and spa-like bathrooms.
