Why is Gen Z missing out on career opportunities?

Fear of judgement is preventing Gen Z professionals from networking with people who could help them advance their career, said a LinkedIn report. While 79% recognise importance of professional relationships, 52% are unsure how to start. Another 53% struggle to turn contacts into meaningful connections. Concerns about being judged, bothering others and sounding inauthentic are cited as barriers.
