Tata, SP Group explore share swap over 18.4% Tata Sons stake

Tata Group and Shapoorji Pallonji (SP) Group have held discussions over a possible sale of part of SP Group's 18.4% stake in Tata Sons, Moneycontrol reported. Representatives of Tata Trusts Chairman Noel Tata and Tata Sons' N Chandrasekaran were involved in the discussions. The talks focus on ways for SP Group to raise funds and reduce costly debt.
