Delhi CM Rekha Gupta announced on Saturday that Delhi government will provide collateral-free loans of upto ₹10 crore to women's self-help groups and startups. "Government will act as guarantor of these loans," Gupta stated at the opening ceremony of the two-day 'Mega Self-Help Group (SHG) Mela-2026' in Rohini. She further said that handmade products tell stories of "women's hard work".
