Delhi High Court Chief Justice DK Upadhyaya rejected AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal’s plea to transfer the excise policy case from the bench of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma to another judge. "The matter may not receive a hearing marked by impartiality and neutrality before Justice Sharma," Kejriwal, along with others, said in a letter to Upadhyaya earlier.
