A report by the National Commission for Women (NCW) has flagged "pervasive sexual harassment", "toxic workplace" and "zero compliance" with the POSH Act at TCS Nashik in the conversion racket case. The report said the accused sexually and religiously harassed young and vulnerable employees, particularly Gen Z women. No employee had the courage to raise their voice, it added.
