Industrial and logistics infrastructure developer Horizon Industrial Parks has filed draft papers with the SEBI to raise ₹2,600 crore through an IPO. According to the filing, global private equity firm Blackstone holds a roughly 89% stake in Horizon. The company raised around $200 million in a pre-IPO funding round from investors, including Radhakishan Damani and 360 ONE.
