A video showing a massive traffic jam is being circulated on social media with a false claim that it shows traffic congestion in Uttarakhand due to New Year's rush. Some posts are also falsely claiming it to be from Himachal Pradesh. It is an old video from Kaghan Valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, PTI reported.
