China's Harbin city has ordered spas and cinemas to shut to prevent COVID-19 spread in poorly ventilated spaces, state media reported. The temporary shutdowns were part of a range of restrictions imposed on the city after one case of community transmission. The Harbin government has suspended religious activities in the city and ordered tourist attractions to operate at half capacity.
