Cricketer Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma have jointly bought land parcel in Alibaug, Raigad district, Maharashtra for ₹37.86 crore, according to property documents analysed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix. As per the documents, a stamp duty of ₹2.27 crore was paid for the registration of the property. The sale deed was registered on January 13, 2026.
