NATO is transforming to a stronger Europe in a stronger NATO, becoming NATO 3.0 and gradually reducing reliance on a single ally, alliance chief Mark Rutte said. He reiterated to the allies the need to increase defence spending to 5% of GDP by 2035, adding that European allies increasing their spending would allow US to better focus on other priorities.
