Claude's new 'Smart Reports' tell bosses when workers are chatting 'off-topic'

Anthropic has introduced 'Smart Reports' for paid Claude Enterprise users, enabling employers to analyse employees' AI usage, workstreams, outputs, spending and inefficiencies, including personal or off-topic sessions. The company said the feature aims to assess AI adoption, not individual performance. Users won't be allowed to ask queries on topics like race, religion or workers' personal lives.
