Anthropic researcher quits, warns the company knows AI 'could kill us all by decade-end'

An Anthropic researcher, who earlier worked at OpenAI, has quit and accused the companies of "gambling with our lives" in their race towards superintelligence. "People building AI earnestly believe...it could kill us all by the end of the decade," said Jacob Coxon. Comparing with OpenAI, he said the risks are better understood at Anthropic but it's caught in a race.
