Delhi minister apologises to residents over vehicle curbs amid worsening air quality

Delhi Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Thursday apologised to Delhi-NCR residents for the restrictions imposed on vehicles amid worsening air quality in the national capital. "Keeping the health of our children in mind, we have banned vehicles below the BS-VI standard," he said. He also blamed the AAP-led Punjab government's handling of stubble burning for contributing to the pollution crisis.
