Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the petition filed by former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, challenging the criminal defamation case against him over remarks he made about the educational qualifications of PM Narendra Modi. Supreme Court bench noted that the court had in April this year dismissed a petition filed by co-accused Sanjay Singh challenging the same proceedings.
