OpenAI has urged US' California and Delaware to investigate alleged "improper and anti-competitive behaviour" by Elon Musk and his associates. This comes after Musk sued OpenAI for violating the non-profit's founding mission by restructuring as a for-profit entity. OpenAI's Chief Strategy Officer Jason Kwon said Musk's lawsuit could undermine their efforts to ensure AI benefits all of humanity.
