The National Commission for Women has issued a notice to actress Nora Fatehi, actor Sanjay Dutt, lyricist Raqueeb Alam, director Kiran Kumar and producer Venkat K Narayana for vulgar lyrics in the 'Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke' song. They've been asked to appear on March 24 at 12:30 PM along with relevant documents, failing which action will be taken against them.
