A home and furnishings company Wakefit Innovations' ₹1,289 crore initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on Monday. It includes a fresh issue of ₹377.18 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.67 crore shares valued at around ₹912 crore. Price band has been set at ₹185-195 per share, valuing the Bengaluru-based firm at nearly ₹6,400 crore.
