The Rajasthan government on Sunday decided to hand over the investigation of the alleged rape of a specially-abled minor girl in Alwar to the Central Bureau of Investigation. The decision was taken during a high-level meeting chaired by CM Ashok Gehlot, said a state government release. The girl was found lying in a pool of blood under the Tijara flyover.
