National Cybercrime Threat Analytics Unit warned about USSD call forwarding scam being used to take over victim's bank accounts. Posing as delivery agents, scammers ask victims to dial USSD codes starting with 21, 61 or 67, followed by a mobile number. This activates call forwarding and diverts OTP calls to them. Users have been advised not to dial such codes.
