Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has reacted after US government announced a temporary 30-day waiver allowing countries to buy sanctioned Russian oil stranded at sea amid Middle East war. "This single easing by the US could give Russia roughly ten billion dollars for its war...So lifting sanctions...in my opinion, is simply not the right decision," Zelenskyy said.
