Legendary footballer Diego Maradona's daughter Gianinna said his medical team had plan for him but things "got out of their control". She spoke on the sidelines of trial of seven medical workers accused of negligence in Maradona's death. Maradona passed away in 2020 due to heart failure and acute pulmonary oedema while recovering at home from surgery for brain clot.
