Delhi Police have arrested the 19-year-old former domestic help, Rahul Meena, for allegedly raping and murdering an IRS officer's 22-year-old daughter at their Delhi home on Wednesday. The family had sacked him a month ago after he had worked for them for eight months. He had sexually assaulted another woman in Rajasthan's Alwar just hours before this incident, police said.
