ITC Chairman Sanjiv Puri said companies mustn't monitor employees' working hours but actualise their potential. "If you were to ask a mason laying bricks, (he'd say) 'I'm laying bricks'...Somebody may say 'I'm building wall'....Somebody may say 'I'm part of a team building a castle'," said Puri. "Outlook of person who says 'I'm building the castle' is very different," he added.
