Red Bull challenges FSSAI in HC over 'energy' drink label

Red Bull has moved the High Court against FSSAI's order to remove the term 'energy' from its drinks, claiming no showcause notice was issued. The court asked FSSAI to verify this. The July 1 order also affects Sting, Monster, and Hell Energy. FSSAI doesn't recognise 'energy drink' as a category due to undefined standards.
