Chandigarh dealer fined ₹10,000 for wrong scooter speedometer

A Chandigarh consumer commission ordered M/s Charisma Goldwheels to pay ₹10,000 compensation and refund ₹1,175 to customer Mam Chand Saini. The dealer had supplied an incompatible speedometer for his Honda Activa despite receiving the vehicle's registration certificate, then refused a refund. The dealer did not appear to contest the complaint.
