Union Minister Giriraj Singh, speaking on the Women’s Reservation Bill, said, "Everyone, together, will pass this bill. Those who don't pass this bill won't get food served at home." As per the proposed amendments to the Women’s Reservation Act, the strength of the Lok Sabha is expected to increase from 543 to 816 seats, with around 33% reserved for women.
