Gangster Suresh Pujari, currently jailed in an extortion case, was admitted to a hospital after he tested COVID-19 positive, said Mumbai Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) officials on Thursday. According to an official, Mumbai police will seek Pujari's custody two to three days after he tests negative for COVID-19. Pujari, wanted in several extortion cases, was extradited from the Philippines last year.
