Tan, who beat Sen at Badminton World C'ships, doesn't have full-time coach

American shuttler Garret Tan, who knocked out India's Lakshya Sen at the Badminton World Championships 2026, revealed that he currently trains alone and doesn't have a full-time coach. The 18-year-old also revealed that he had already booked a return flight for Friday, the day of the quarter-finals. Tan will face Thailand's Kunlavut Vitidsarn in the men's singles pre-quarterfinals on Thursday.
