Former ASK Wealth and Asset Management director Bharat Shah's family bought four luxury apartments worth about ₹180 crore in Mumbai's Worli. Preeti Shah and Kinnari Shah, his wife and daughter, respectively, purchased the flats on the 34th and 35th floors of the Kalpataru One project. The apartments span 17,689 sq ft at an effective rate of about ₹1.01 lakh/sq ft.
