Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde said that those who were involved in the killing of NCP leader Baba Siddique won't be spared. Shinde said, "The incident was very unfortunate...The government and Home Department will reach the roots of it...Strict action will be taken." Notably, Baba Siddique was shot dead outside his son Zeeshan Siddique's office in Mumbai on October 12.
