CBI arrests 'kingpin' in multi-crore Mahadev betting app scam upon arrival from Dubai

CBI arrested Abhishek Kumar, one of the kingpins in the multi-crore Mahadev online betting app scam at Hyderabad airport after he arrived from Dubai. Kumar had an "active role" in the app's operation and worked closely with other main accused Saurabh Chandrakar and Shubham Soni, CBI said. He used illegal betting and gambling proceeds to acquire immovable assets in Dubai.
