Four Afghan women activists who went missing weeks ago have been released by the Taliban, the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) tweeted on Sunday. The relatives of the women who also went missing were released, the UNAMA said. The four women and their relatives went missing after a protest against the Taliban last month.
