Actor-politician Vijay, who was summoned by CBI for a probe into the Karur stampede case that killed 41, has asked the bureau to defer questioning him. He cited Pongal festivities and release of his final film 'Jana Nayagan', which was scheduled to release on January 9. The makers moved Supreme Court for facing a delay in certification from the CBFC.
