Ex-NCM chief questions exclusion of 2 Sikhs as HC judges

Former NCM chairperson Tarlochan Singh wrote to CJI Surya Kant and Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, alleging the Centre followed a 'pick and choose' policy by not appointing two Sikh candidates as judges of Punjab & Haryana and Delhi High Courts. He added that Major Navdeep Singh and Gurvinder Pal Singh were not picked despite Collegium recommendations.
