University of Cambridge scientists have released a table ranking monogamy rates in various species. Humans are ranked seventh on the table, which is topped by California deermouse. African wild dog is ranked second, while damaraland mole rat and moustached tamarin are ranked third and fourth, respectively. Soay sheep is least monogamous species, according to the study.
