Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said telecom firms need a favourable court order to receive Vodafone Idea-like government relief on adjusted gross revenue dues. "Every stakeholder has...right to approach the court, and if the court so deems it fit, then they can come back to us," he stated. He also noted that the government holds a 49% stake in Vodafone Idea.
