Delhi High Court issued notice on producer Amit Jani's plea challenging its territorial jurisdiction in Salman Khan's suit seeking a stay on film 'Kala Hiran: Battle for Legacy.' Jani argued Khan resides in Mumbai and he in Meerut, UP. Khan claims the film portrays him and infringes his right to fair trial. Next hearing on December 16.
