Odisha Vigilance launched simultaneous raids at 9 locations linked to Baikuntha Nath Behera, Assistant Executive Engineer of ITDA, Baliguda, recovering around ₹2 crore in cash from bank lockers allegedly linked to his family. Baikuntha had joined service as Junior Engineer in 1999 with ₹6,000 monthly salary. During operation, officials identified five multi-storey buildings and 13 land parcels.
