The European Human Rights Court has granted fugitive businessman Nirav Modi anonymity in his extradition case. The court will now treat the case as confidential and conduct proceedings in the matter away from public scrutiny, officials said. The court will conduct a hearing in a fortnight and will also hear from the CBI before giving a verdict, sources told PTI.
