Residents of Gujarat's Jhulasan village, the ancestral home of astronaut Sunita Williams' father, are praying for Williams' safe return to Earth. Daily prayers are being held in the village and an oil lamp remains lit in her honour. Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore are stuck in space and will return in February 2025 aboard the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft.
