Lucknow markets, malls witness festive shopping rush

Traditional markets like Aminabad and Hazratganj in Lucknow are packed with Diwali shoppers despite traffic jams. Malls including Phoenix Palassio, Fun Republic, and Lulu Mall are offering drone shows, record-breaking installations, and shop-and-win contests. Retailers report better turnout than last year, though online shopping continues to dent sales among younger, working professionals.
