The Eicher Motors, which makes Royal Enfield bikes, has announced plans to invest ₹2,200 crore to set up a manufacturing plant in Andhra Pradesh. The project marks the company's first major manufacturing expansion outside Tamil Nadu. Planned to be completed in two phases, the plant is expected to generate around 5,000 direct and indirect jobs.
