A man named Hanif Khan approached Bombay High Court, claiming that his new house in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar was mistakenly bulldozed while the civic body was demolishing AIMIM leader Matin Patel's home. TCS conversion racket accused Nida Khan was allegedly sheltered at Patel's home, located next to Hanif's ₹27-lakh house. Hanif used his entire family savings to buy the 600-square-foot home.
